Fuller; his siblings, Billy Fuller, Harvis Fuller, Gloria Fuller Harley and Christine Scott; his children, Russell Fuller and Shannon Belt (Rodney); his grandsons, Rodney Belt, Jr. and Ryan Belt; and his niece Barbara Glover (MacArthur). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and sorrowing friends.
