With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald Elkins of Aiken, South Carolina, who passed away on January 23, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Orr Elkins (Crawford) and Mildred Elkins (Gasser). He is survived by: his wife Charlene; his sons, Ronald Jr. (Carol) and Kevin Elkins; and his brothers, O. C. Elkins, Ben Elkins (Christie), Glenn Elkins (Pat), David Wheatley (Linda), Larry Wheatley (Laura) and Clifford Wheatley (Diana).
