As Robert departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Robert. Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his mother Eunice Turner; his son Billy Nathaniel Wright; his brother Henry Wright; his half-brothers, Willie and Lewis Snipes; his sister Ruby Wright; and his grandson Skyler Wright.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hurt Wright; his children, Stuart K. Wright and Kathy J. Blevins; and his daughter-in-law Mary Brown Wright. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cole Funeral Home (1544 University Pkwy, Aiken, SC 29801). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at the Wright Family Cemetery (850 Wrights Mill Rd, Aiken, SC 29801).
