He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Vernon Mason and Jane Elizabeth Mason. He is survived by: his children, Susan Whaley (Sean), Cynthia Helmick (Kris) and Richard Mason (Randi); and his siblings, June Dade, Joyce Parson, Donald Mason and Janice SwopeHill. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
