Olney (Aiken, South Carolina), born in Meadville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 29, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Neal and Doris Margaret Cain Olney; his son-in-law Bryan Putman; and his brother John Edward Onley. He is survived by: his wife Candice Edwards Olney; his children, Kendra O. Brown of Cornealius, OR, Stacie O. Steel (Robert) of North Augusta, SC, William Travis Garvin (Amanda) of Warrenville, SC and Timothy S. Garvin (Tonya) of Beaufort, SC; his grandchildren, Katlin Putman, David Putman, Dorothy Griffin, Crys Steel, Jeremy Steel, Hailey Steel, Tessa Fazenbaker, Tera Hobbs, Brittney Harper and T. J. Garvin; his great grandchildren, Riley Anderson, Tripp McElveen, Colton Hobbs and Liliana Gomez; and his brothers, James Michael Olney (Sherry) of Pelion, SC and Zack William Olney (Pamela) of Glen Burnie, MD..
