He was predeceased by: his wife Jane Hughes; and his parents, John Fleming and Frances Fleming. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth McPheeters (Gilbert) of Kingsland, Texas, Martin Fleming (J'Nevelyn) of Granbury, Texas and Paula Kane (Hogan) of Aiken. He is also survived by eight grandsons and eight great-grandchildren.
