It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Lybrand Redd of Aiken, South Carolina, who passed away on April 9, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Glenn A. Redd; her parents, Tommie E. Lybrand and Gertrude Stokes Lybrand; her siblings, Brenda Lybrand and James Thomas Lybrand; and her granddaughter Lindy Elise McAlister.
She is survived by: her children, David Redd, Sr. (Teresa) and Darya McMurtrie (Cory) of Aiken; her grandchildren, Tosha McAlister (Gary), David Redd, Jr. (Sydney), Will McMurtrie (Cassie), Justin McMurtrie (Randi), James Redd (Christina) and Emma McMurtrie; her great grandchildren, Hayden McAlister, Cameron McAlister, Cooper McMurtrie, Kiah Redd, Zion Redd and Evelyn Redd; and her sisters, Patricia Tinney (Gerald) of Crestview, FL and Lana Ellison of Pilot Mountain, NC..
