With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret JoAnne Nardi (Aiken, South Carolina), who passed away on January 10, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Margaret JoAnne departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Margaret JoAnne may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Margaret JoAnne leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eulas Hooks and Minnie Hooks (Rowland); and her husband Lombard Anthony (Tony). She is survived by: her children, Timothy Nardi (Ann), Stefanie Canaday and Stacie Griffin (Matt); and her sister-in-law Sharon Ferguson. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Good Hope Baptist Church (2118 Silver Bluff Rd, Aiken, SC 29803). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Good Hope Baptist Church.
