It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Malcolm Floyd Scruggs Jr. in Aiken, South Carolina, born in Waycross, Georgia, who passed away on February 6, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parent Mary L. Lloyd Scruggs (Llyod); his children, Cherly Wendy Peak and Malcolm F. Scruggs III Aiken (Amy Scruggs); his grandchildren, Joseph Peak (Grayson), Peyton Scruggs, Gabrielle Peak (Gabby), Parker Scruggs and Paxton Scruggs; and his siblings, Stephen Scruggs, Julie Locker (Alabama) and Lefane Shaw (Washington State). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
