She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Garvin and Mae Anderson Quattlebaum; and her granddaughter Laura Gabriel Busbee. She is survived by: her children, Rosemary P. Busbee of Aiken, Patricia P. Williams of Aiken and Fred W. Plunkett, Jr. (Terry) of Aiken; her grandchildren, James Marvin Williams, Jr., Lewis B. Williams III (Pamela) and Wesely Earl Williams (Dawn); her great grandchildren, Hunter King Williams, James Fischer Williams, Sullivan Rose Williams, Javin Lee Williams, Emily Williams, Addie Williams and Harlow Williams; and her siblings, Edward Garvin of Clemson, SC, Linda Sue Gunter of Wagener, SC and Joe Quattlebaum (Debbie) of Wagener, SC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
