She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Mikell and Christine Tyler; her stepfather Bruce Tyler; and her brother Leroy Mikell. She is survived by: her daughters, Ashley Reinhart (David) and Christina Compton (Lauren); her stepmother Sherryl Mikell; her close friend Phillip Robbins; her former husband Allen Cooper; her siblings, Lesley Mikell (Angel), Wesley Mikell, Sherry Johnson (Gerald), Jill Busbee and Dottie Gay; and her grandchildren, Asia Wood, Daniel Wood and Shelby Reinhart.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home & Crematory (315 Main St, Graniteville, SC 29829). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
