She was predeceased by: her parents, Darold Schlegel and Marjorie Schlegel (Covert); her brother Douglas Schlegel; and her grandparents, Floyd, Doris Covert (Jennings), Willard and Helen Schlegel (Nelson).
She is survived by: her brothers, Tim Schlegel (Kathy) of Eucha, Oklahoma and Mike Schlegel (Carol) of Culbertson, Nebraska; and her nieces and nephews, Megan Mayo (Chuck) of Gravette, Kelly Burks (Jeff) of Little Rock and Matthew Schlegel (Tricia) of Oakland, Iowa.
