He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Fulghum and Addie Bell Franklin Fulghum; and his brothers, J. P. Fulghum and Judson Fulghum. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Stokes Fulghum; his children, April Pannell (Tim) and Warren Fulghum; his stepson Joseph Carpenter; his cousin Linda Burgermann of Evans, GA; his grandson Dustin Pannell (Amy) of Bristol, TN; and his great grandchild Rawlins Pannell.
