Cates of Aiken, South Carolina, born in Winston Salem, North Carolina, who passed away on July 27, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James E Littleton and Maybelle Mauldin Littleton; her husband John R. Cates, Jr.; and her siblings, James E. Littleton, Jr., Charles W. Littleton and Loraine Littleton.
She is survived by: her sons, Bob Cates (Cathy) and Ronnie Cates (Patricia). She is also survived by grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
