She was predeceased by: her husband Lewis V. Howell; her parents, Arthur C. Bolt and Annie Mitchell Bolt; and her brother James Arthur Bolt. She is survived by: her sons, Lewis V. "Chip" Howell, Jr. of Aiken and James Adam Howell (Tracey) of Aiken; her granddaughters, Olivia Lee Ann Howell and Kelsey Ann Howell; her siblings, Robert M. Bolt (Linda) of Macon, GA and Shirley Bolt Warren (Steve) of Kingsport, TN; and her sister-in-law Rachael Cox Bolt of Kings Mountain, NC..
