She was predeceased by: her parents, Humphrey Danciel Franklin and Pearlie Temples Franklin; her husband Onnie C. Fulmer; and her sister Elise Franklin Eubanks. She is survived by: her son Michael S. Fulmer (Caroline) of Aiken; and her grandson Jeremy Michael of Aiken.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be sent, in honor of Mrs. Joyce, to Shiloh Baptist Church, 3925 Shiloh Church Rd., Aiken, SC 29805.
