He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Hamilton, Sr. and Mary Ouzts Hamilton; his wife Carol Heath Hamilton; his brothers, Billy and Ted Hamilton; and his siblings-in-law, Martha Jean Hatcher, May Heath and Gerald Hatcher.
He is survived by: his brother Ronald E. Hamilton (Susan); and his brother-in-law Freddie Heath. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
