He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Tony Archer and Queen Esther Archer; and his siblings, Cathleen A. Randolph, Irene A. Major, Franklin Archer and Lewis Lee Archer.
He is survived by: his sisters, Geraldine A. Major (Johnnie), Rachel A. McNeil (Joseph), Catherine A. Kelly (William) and Frances Archer; and his foster mother Eleanor Pope Kemp. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
