He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Wade Herron and Poksie New; his wife Pearl Lucretia Herron; his daughter Lucretia Herron; and his siblings, Wade Herron and Doris Baughman.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Herron and Catrina Boatwright; his siblings, Lester Herron, Maryalice Doyle, Jean Ray Holsenback, Carolyn Widener, Carrie Herron, Florence and Linda Corbett; and his grandchildren, Caitlin Ricard, Gilbert, Lily Herron, Gaston, Hunter Herron, Kaylee Boatwright and Shyla Boatwright. He is also survived by his family and friends.
