He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Tracy Lowe Hutto; his parents, Ethel Beard Hutto and Raymond Hutto; his children, Angel Pavey (Joshua), Jeffrey Lee Hutto, Jr., Benjamin Allen Hutto and Elizabeth Dunagan; his siblings, Raymond Jr., Jody Hutto, Timothy, Tammy Hutto and Anthony Hutto; his grandchildren, Lana, Shane, Wyatt, Oliver Pavey and Seth Hutto; his niece Dr. Rachel Hutto (Sean Gillespie); and his pets, Diesel and Babe Hutto.
