With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jay C. Clifton of Aiken, South Carolina, born in San Antonio, Texas, who passed away on February 9, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Cleveland and Willie Cochran Clifton; and his brother William C. Clifton. He is survived by: his brother Edward C. Clifton (Audrey Clifton); his wife Michele S. Clifton; his daughter Camille Clifton; his granddaughter Sophie Howery; his sister-in-law O. Rogeriee Thompson; and his nieces and nephews, Reza, Kelly, Sarah, Willie-Ann, Michael and William.
