She was predeceased by: her daughters, Katrina Jenkins, Andrea Tyler and Vonita Valentine; and her brother Benjamin Franklin Valentine, Jr.. She is survived by: her parents, Benjamin Franklin and Loretta Valentine; her husband Rev. Charles Jenkins, Sr.; her sons, Charles Nathaniel Jenkins, Jr., Benjamin Jenkins and Rev. Cornelious Craig Jenkins (Asa); her sister Rev. Debra Ann Braxton (Joseph); and her siblings-in-law, Raymond Jenkins, Keith Jenkins, Anthony Corley (Angie) and JoAnn Durham. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and loving friends.
