She was predeceased by: her parent Jesse; her husband Michael Anthony "Tony" Mitchell; and her granddaughters, Lyn Padgett and Mika Boyd. She is survived by: her children, Robert Padgett (Christine), Debra Ann Smith and James Padgett (Patti); her grandchildren, Beth Overton (Ryan), Jessica Seawright (Sean), Jeniffer Boyd (Chris) and C. J. Padgett; her great grandchildren, Karli, Quaide, Levi S., Nathan, James, Sadie, Camilla, Lilly-Pearl, Levi P. and Ryan; her brothers, Garvin Cockrell (Freida) and Paul Cockrell (Geannie); and her pet Charlotte. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
