Cogburn, Jr. (Rhonda) and Rallie D. Cogburn Sr. (Becky) of Macon, GA; her grandchildren, Michelle C. Fowler (Travis), Franklin L. Cogburn III (Brittany), Paige C. McBeth (Rich), Kristine L. Cogburn, John R. Cogburn Jr. (Allison), Anthony T. Benson (Alicia), Rallie D. Cogburn, Jr. (Tammy) and Matthew Cogburn; her brother Tommy Seigler of Augusta, GA; and her daughter-in-law Mattie Cogburn.
