She was predeceased by: her husband David "Dave" Allen McGee; her parents, Lewis Hall Trotti and Nancy Phillips Trotti; her siblings, Mitch Poston, Linda Poston, Helen Trotti and Thomas "Tom" Trotti; and her brother-in-law Leo Rains.
She is survived by: her children, Carrie Lynn Tyler (Charlie E. "Chet") and Benjamin "Ben" C. Butler (Lori M.) of Aiken, SC; her grandchildren, Taylor Anderson (Blake), Tripp Caldwell (Stacy Cordell), James Allen (Kevin Jones), Randall M. Riley (Haven) and Brandalyn M. Walters (Eric); her great grandchildren, Caynen Hamill, Juniper Hamill, Charlotte Anderson, Shelli Grey Anderson, Dru Caldwell and Jenna Reese Riley; her stepmother Babs Trotti; her siblings, Nikki Grossman, Tommy Poston, Rachel Webb (Dale), Bobbi Jean Rains, Catherine Mac Broom, Sara Rainsford (John) and George Trotti (Danette); her sister-in-law Janice Poston; and also Olin Butler.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St John's Methodist Church (104 Newberry St NW, Aiken, SC 29801).
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jane's honor may be made to Epworth Children's Home or Ronald McDonald House.
