He is survived by: his daughter Melanie Leonard (Chris); his stepchildren, Linda Barron (Brian), Steve Mills (Kim), Warren Fulghum (Bonnie) and Brandi Shaw (Ryan); his siblings, Linda Mackendree, Ray Hopkins and Steve Hopkins (Debbie); his sister-in-law Janie Bruce; and his grandchildren, James, Thomas, Helen Leonard, Cody, Hailey Barron, Tucker, Tyler Mills, Dawson Fulghum, Waylon, Hudson, Tristan Shaw and Devan Munz.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to Grace Covenant Church of God or St. Jude's Children Research Hospital.
