He is survived by: his wife Donna Fowler; his children, Cathy Gagnon (Ray), Christine Andres (Byron) and Bill Howard (Tracy); his daughter-in-law Jean Howard; his grandchildren, Jessica (Jim), Nicole, Jim V, Dana (Land), Jack, Donna, Danny, Tommy and Billy; and his great grandchildren, Ezra and James J. Howard VI.
