He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor H Cooley and Lenora Cooley. He is survived by: his wife Karen Ann Cooley; his children, Scott James Cooley (Lori) of South Windsor, CT and Shannon Cooley Margraf (Jody) of Otis, MA.; and his siblings, David Cooley, Debra Croteau (Ron) and Patricia Cooley Morrison. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
