With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Irene Odell (Aiken, South Carolina), who passed away on July 7, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Edgar and Opal Patricia Smith; and her brother Bud Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Jimmy Michael "Linda May" O'Dell of Cayce, SC, Larry O'Dell of Batesburg-Leesville and Paul Timothy "Jill" O'Del of West Columbia; her siblings, Vicky Smith of Lexington and Don "Gaye" Smith of Covington, KY; and her grandchildren, Candi O'Dell, Jeanette O'Dell, Ruth O'Dell, Jimmy O'Dell, Jr., Rachel O'Dell and Evan O'Dell.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Aiken County Animal Shelter, 333 Wire Road, Aiken, SC 29803.
