He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Cook and Ruth Osbon Cook; and his daughter Jill Sheriff. He is survived by: his wife Karen Buffett Cook of Aiken; his children, Wayne Mills (Judy) of Franklin Springs, GA, Candace Nix (Jesse) and Jessica Prosser; and his siblings, Kenneth Cook (Tammy), Tommy Cook (Arsi), Cheryl Matthews (Charles) and Marilyn Buffett (Greg). He is also survived by twenty two grandchildren and one great grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family has suggested that memorials be made to Friendship Community Church 2467 Columbia Hwy North, Aiken, SC, 29805.
