We are sad to announce that on June 20, 2023, at the age of 88, Geneva Harris Rhoden (Aiken, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Benjamin F. Rhoden; her parents, John Harris and India Harris; her son Tony Rhoden; and her siblings, Ophelia Rysinger, Janie-Lou "Boots" Reece, Josephine "Jo" Snipes, Donnie Cook, J. P. Harris and Ray Harris.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Hackworth (John), Julie Woodward (Bill) and Linda Rhoden; her siblings, Pearl Porter, Inez Blackwell and Leonard Harris; her sister-in-law Evon Zuppa; her grandchildren, Nicole Rhoden (John Wilson), Katherine White (Patrick), Chuck Krick, Amber Anceume (Brandon), Trevor Woodward (Shannon) and Emily Babb (Jordan); and her great grandchildren, Carden Anceume and Davena Ann-Renee Anceume. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Memorial Baptist Church.
