As we bid Gail farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Gail is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She is survived by: her husband Anthony Tyler; and her children, Calvin Patterson, Terris Patterson and Shameka Tyler. She is also survived by four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, three brothers; and a host of other relatives and loving friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jackson-Brooks Funeral Home (126 Fairfield St SE, Aiken, SC 29801). The lying in state will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mt. Harris Missionary Baptist Church (1729 Powderhouse Rd SE, Aiken, SC 29801). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
