She was predeceased by: her spouse Johnie G. Coons; her parents, Hasting Woodward, and Almena Preacher Woodward, Sr.; and her brother Harry "Bitsy" Woodward, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Christy C. Posey (Cecil) and John H. Coons of Aiken; her grandchildren, Laura Coons Burgess, Kelly Coons, Kayla Coons (Nick Baughman) and Jeffrey Posey (Amber); and her great grandchildren, Braiden Perry, Kodi Burgess, Tucker Burgess, Wyatt Posey, Laney Kate Baughman, Bentley Baughman and Brookelynn Baughman.
