With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Florence Wright of Aiken, South Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Florence left this world on January 7, 2025 at the age of 94, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid adieu to Florence's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Florence has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Harper and Helen Moffitt Harper; her daughter Babbette Wright; and her siblings, Mary Ann Caldwell, Glen Harper and Jim Harper.
She is survived by: her sons, Leslie H. Wright, Roy Wright, Gordon Wright and Michael W. Wright. She is also survived by two grandsons and three granddaughters.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Burkhart Funeral Home (201 W Wabash Ave, Crawfordsville, IN 47933). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Greenlawn Cemetery (7250 E 500 N, Darlington, IN 47940).
