He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald McDonald and Ernestine Bodie Law. He is survived by: his sons, Gregg Law and Joseph Law (Brittany); his grandchildren, Dean Law, Vivian Law and Julia Law; and his brothers, McDonald Law (Ilona) and Charlie Law (Kathy).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to New Covenant Presbyterian Church, 526 Hitchcock Pkwy, Aiken, SC 29801.
