She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hilton Collins and Louella Lynn Collins; her husband Kenneth Leverett; and her siblings, Herbert Collins, Hilda Edgil, Jean Paris and June Coursey.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Leverett and Kenneth Leverett; her brother Dr. Larry; her sister-in-law Mary Collins; her sisters, Lamana Balboni, Lynn Matthews, Judith Collins and Dianne Purkett; her grandchildren, Paula Leverett Cobb (David), Lauren Leverett Cromer (Matt) and Will Leverett; and her great grandchildren, Arden, Maya Cobb, Baylor and Lathen Leverett.
