He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Fowler, Sr. and Glenna Henley Fowler; and his brother Gary Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Joy Roberson Fowler; his sons, Brent Fowler (Jana) and Andy Fowler (Melissa); his grandchildren, Avery Katelyn Fowler, Lauren Abigail Fowler, Drew Drake Fowler, Addie Grace Fowler and Hunter Charles Fowler; and his siblings, Brenda Fowler and James W. Fowler, Jr..
