She was predeceased by: her mother Eleanor Heath. She is survived by: her father Gene Heath; her husband Teddy Franklin; her grandson Titus; her children, Chihuahuas and Kenny Heath (Justina); and her siblings, Vickie Plunkett, Mary Heath and Wayne Heath (Rhonda). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
