It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Ann Collins of Aiken, South Carolina, born in Augusta, Georgia, who passed away on December 19, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Ira Collins; and her brother Alan Collins. She is survived by: her stepmother Marilene Bullard; her sister Robin Sheffield (Eddie); her sister-in-law Sue Collins; and her stepsisters, Beth Williamson and Laura Arthur (Mike). She is also survived by cousins and other relatives.
