He was predeceased by: his father Lamar Steelman; his wife Tracey Steelman; and his daughter Felicia Steelman. He is survived by: his children, David Wray Steelman Jr. and Danielle Farmer; his grandchildren, Brooklyn Williams, Trey Steelman, Kinley Steelman and Tristen Steelman; his brother Dale Steelman (Sonya); his uncle Ross; and his aunts, Arlie Toole and Mary Harris.
