He was predeceased by: his father James Raley; and his brother-in-law Karl Torvik. He is survived by: his siblings, James D. Raley of Hollywood, MD and Rosalie Torvik of Bluffton, SC. He is also survived by 5 nieces and nephews; 6 great-nieces and nephews; and 2 great-great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made in Dan's name to the SPCA Albrecht Center for Animal Welfare, 199 Willow Run Road, Aiken, SC 29801.
