He was predeceased by: his parents, Silas Boone and Eva Judy Boone; his former wife Mary J. Boone; and his siblings, Howard Boone and Louella Porterfield.
He is survived by: his wife Shelby Williams Boone; his son Clyde Lewis Boone, Jr.; his stepsons, Richard Baughman (Angie), Kenneth Ralph Baughman of Eagle, CO and Gary Baughman of Glenns Falls, NY; his daughter Judy Helms (William); and his stepdaughters, Tammy Thomas and Martha Thomas. He is also survived by one sister Alice White, NC; nine grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
