He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Rose Hickman; his father Thurman Hickman; his children, Caitlyn, Hunter and Olivia; his sister Tracy Van Cala; his parents-in-law, Mike and Janet Rose; his brother-in-law Christopher Rose (Mollie); and his nieces and nephews, Ellie Kate, Samuel Rose and Cody Van Cala.
