It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cherri Holton Hopkins (Aiken, South Carolina), born in Soperton, Georgia, who passed away on March 30, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Barbara Ann Richardson Holton. She is survived by: her father Jack Roy Holton; her husband James Hopkins, Jr.; her children, Summer M. Hopkins (N. Augusta) and Scott Bowen of Charlotte, NC; and her siblings, Donna H. Meadows (Clayton), Glen "Rick" Holton (Patricia) and Charles Holton (Holly Broome) of Slidell, LA. She is also survived by nine nieces and nephews; and 12 great nieces and nephews.
