He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Douglas Goodman and Vickie Loudermilk Goodman; his daughter Emma-Kate Goodman; his sister Erica Wharton (Josh); and his nephews, Blake Goodman of Aiken and Joshua Wharton, Jr. of Aiken.
