He was predeceased by: his parents, Carvin Ligons and Eldora Bush Ligons; his brother Ricardo Bush; and his nephew Joshua W. Bush. He is survived by: his children, Carvin L. Ligons, Jr., Xavier T. Ligons and Makaylah Ligons; and his siblings, Linda Bush (late Willie), Brenda Blacks, Gloria Jenkins (Claude), Benjamin Ligons, Harold Ligons and Randy Ligons. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
