It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Britten Hartnett Tyler of Aiken, South Carolina, born in Beverly, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 31, 2021, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Gynna Gutshaw Ames of Hamilton; and her stepfather Angier Ames. She is survived by: her father Richard Hartnett of Aiken; her husband Wat Tyler III; her children, Wat Tyler IV and Lila Tyler; her stepmother Ann Hartnett; her sister Taryn Hartnett of Wellington, FL.; her brother-in-law Avery Chapman; her niece Gray Chapman; her brother Willie Hartnett; her sister-in-law Katy Hartnett; her nephews, Winfield and Fletcher Hartnett; and her stepbrother Courtney Fawcett (Heidi Fawcett).
Services will be private for immediate family members with a celebration of life to be held, depending on Covid restrictions, in the summer of 2021.
