She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Duncan and Juanita Gosnell Duncan; her siblings, Daniel, Jerry, Robert Duncan, Kathleen Kelsey, Janice Tager, Margaret Mitchum and Mary Ann Bowers; and her grandson Tyler Rourk.
She is survived by: her close friend Bobby Elgin; her children, Donald Ellis Mizell and Kim Sawyer; and her grandchildren, Taylor Sawyer, Savannah Sawyer and Brittany Rourk. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
