He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Benjamin and Gladys Rhoden; and his son Tony Rhoden. He is survived by: his wife Geneva Rhoden; his daughters, Debra Hackworth (John) and Julie Woodward (Bill); his sister Evon Zuppa; his daughter-in-law Linda Rhoden; his grandchildren, Nicole Rhoden (John Wilson), Katherine White (Patrick), Chuck Krick, Amber Anceume (Brandon), Trevor Woodward (Shannon) and Emily Woodward; and his great grandchild Carden Anceume.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Memorial Baptist Church or Aiken Technical College Endowments.
