It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony Joseph Barnette (Aiken, South Carolina), who passed away on July 17, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Barnette and Sara Counts Barnette; his siblings, Mike Barnette and Nancy Barnette; and his brother-in-law Eddie Hair.
He is survived by: his spouse Markeita Harris Barnette; his children, Amber Jones (Andrew) of Conway, SC, Beth Martin (Lamar) of Hurricane, WV, Don Chambers (Jena) and Joshua Chambers (Ashley); his grandchildren, Gracie Jones, Isabella Martin, Mason Martin, Emma Chambers, Garris Chambers, Connor Chambers and Bentley Lynch; and his siblings-in-law, Terry Hair (Denise), Donna Lowe (Andy) and Shirley Hair.
